RESCUED: PETA rescued ‘Mikey’ the cat Monday from a palm tree 13 days after he found his way up there in Pico Rivera, California. As rescue workers attempted to pluck him from the tree, ‘Mikey’ jumped and landed in nets that had been placed to break his fall. ‘Mikey’ is back with his owner and will see his vet to make sure he’s doing OK.
